Aluminium Staircase

Interbau of Ora realized a completly new staircase production. Until now just the Aluminium staircase was missing in the market. This staircase design uses a light material which is easy to work with and has special characteristics. Its characteristic is the 15 mm diameter for the side supports as for the steps.

But the real innovation is represented by the step, which includes in the diameter the attachment supports and the upper lining which is also possible to change. As for the spiral staircase and all the staircases of Interbau for example the stairs in stainless steel , also this Aluminium Staircase is made with less screw in view as possible. Here the 6 screws of each step have been put into special slots, which have been emptied thanks to a CNC machine. The upper “cover” is made out of plate iron covered with wood and is supported with special magnets. Also this supporter has been worked out by the partial empting of the step.

The Sail-Staircase

The Company Interbau of Ora has already introduced its staircase production on measure and on clients demand as the spiral staircase, the glass - wooden staircases and Stairs in Stainless Steel.

The new design for the year 2011 is the Sail – Staircase.

This new staircase production has just been mounted and has to be implemented. The Sail- staircase should be easy to transport and stable at the same time.

The wall around the staircase supports the weight of the steps and strengthens the whole frame. The design of the core bolts of the last steps have round forms as the central frame and give a successful implementation to the installation.

The Sail – staircase is a very particular staircase and is also set out on detail.

Model 200

This staircase production Model 200 is generally supported by a central pillar in painted steel. The Model  200, as all the stairs produced by Interbau is tailor made on demand. Interbau doesn’t follow any standard rules for the staircase production.

The realization of a 3D for the staircase design helps the customers to understand all the details of the production and to have a preview of the stairs. As soon as the design is approved, the stair will be produced and it is possible to get it also for exteriors.

Balustrades

Interbau produces balustrades which can be assembled on already existing stairs and floors of every kind, inside as well as outside.

Different kinds of materials are used for the staircase production of these balustrades, for example: pillars and handrails can be made out of wood or high- grade steel, between the pillars there can be horizontal or vertical arbors or panels of glass or acrylic.

The staircase design and production phase is tailor made. Interbau follows the wishes of its customers, and makes a design on 3D which should help to understand all the details of the balustrades production. As soon as the design is approved, it will be sent in a set, which contains few materials very easy to set up.
