Exterior balustrades

Interbau of Ora  produces also exterior staircases and balustrades for its staircase design. As the other designs also these are produces on measure and with satin finished inox steel. It is also possible to adapt different materials as steel/iron or steel/wood.

Here in the first picture we can see balustrades on an exterior terrace in inox steel AISI 316, very resistant and ideal also for sea areas rich on salt.

In the second picture we see an interior balustrade with vertical pile in inox steel with 60 mm diameter. The bars are fixed parallel to the handrail and occupy very few spaces. There are no typical columns on the steps and the aesthetics is nicer.

Space saving stairs

The Dutch company EeStairs, which is collaborating in the realisation of staircases with Interbau of Ora realised a space saving solution.

The staircase production designed for minimal opening sizes is very practical and different from the usual spiral staircase in the market.

Through the introduction of a staircase, where no stairs had been intended before, in order to provide access to an upper level, the floor space below might be reduced . In order to avoid this the EeStairs company developed a 1m2 staircase which is really unique and has never been seen before. This staircase design is a solution for the openings of just 1m x 1m and saves a lot of space.

Exhibition: Made Expo 2011

The Company Interbau of Ora has new idea for the Exposition: Made Expo 2011.

It will introduce for its staircase production to its clients new cards, similar to credit cards, which content pictures of the products and of the company Interbau of Ora.

These USB cards will be given to the clients before and after the exhibition. The whole staircase production can be seen and also ordered with these cards, for example the spiral staircases or the stairs in stainless steel can be ordered easily this way.

This new system gives a better quality and a faster service as for example in the sending of products of Interbau. Below you can find two pictures of the new USB card, which Interbau will introduce on the Exhibition Made Expo 2011.

Aluminium Staircase

Interbau of Ora realized a completly new staircase production. Until now just the Aluminium staircase was missing in the market. This staircase design uses a light material which is easy to work with and has special characteristics. Its characteristic is the 15 mm diameter for the side supports as for the steps.

But the real innovation is represented by the step, which includes in the diameter the attachment supports and the upper lining which is also possible to change. As for the spiral staircase and all the staircases of Interbau for example the stairs in stainless steel , also this Aluminium Staircase is made with less screw in view as possible. Here the 6 screws of each step have been put into special slots, which have been emptied thanks to a CNC machine. The upper “cover” is made out of plate iron covered with wood and is supported with special magnets. Also this supporter has been worked out by the partial empting of the step.

Balustrades and staircases

The balustrades of Interbau can be adapted on already existing staircases. There are different constructions of balustrades as the one of the stairs in stainless steel which can be combined with wood or stainless steel. The different materials as wood, glass, stainless steel or acrylic are assembled on every kind of staircases. The spiral staircases are also all made on measure and on clients demand.

All the Staircase production of Interbau are made on measure and on detail. The staircase design Model 500 is very interesting because of its aesthetics and its high technologies.

These kinds of staircases are also made on measure and all kinds of balustrades can be assembled on them. The Staircases are also for exteriors.

The Sail-Staircase

The Company Interbau of Ora has already introduced its staircase production on measure and on clients demand as the spiral staircase, the glass - wooden staircases and Stairs in Stainless Steel.

The new design for the year 2011 is the Sail – Staircase.

This new staircase production has just been mounted and has to be implemented. The Sail- staircase should be easy to transport and stable at the same time.

The wall around the staircase supports the weight of the steps and strengthens the whole frame. The design of the core bolts of the last steps have round forms as the central frame and give a successful implementation to the installation.

The Sail – staircase is a very particular staircase and is also set out on detail.

A new project

The Company Interbau of Ora has a very good level of invention by the staircase production!

Interbau is not just creating spiral staircases, wooden stairs, glass stairs or stairs in stainless steel all on measure and on clients demand, but it is also creating a new project made by an important house producer. This project foresees stairs with access ramp-stair-landing-access ramp, where the landing is suspended in the air without a support on the floor or core bolts to the ceiling.

The project idea is to have three staircases suspended one over each other with three stair-landing also suspended towards the free space of the house. The project design is followed by a team of internal architects, while the realisation of the staircase design as the artwork is made by Interbau. The advertisement of this new staircase production is in hands of the most famous Italian Photographs ….but at the moment this is all we can say.

In the pictures you can see the sketch design of the project, where some forces have been applied in order to simulate the strains. We will have to wait  for seeing the  realization of the new project of this staircase production.

Cement stair balustrades

The Company Interbau of Ora is one of the top companies on the global staircase market, because of is special staircase production and design.

 It is not producing only wooden stairs, glass stairs or spiral staircases , but it is also realizing balustrades and lasting for the staircases in cement. As for all its products, also for these cement stair balustrades, Interbau makes a detailed design asked by the client. Always more clients want our balustrades set up on the stairs to be adapted on the cement stair balustrades.

 For example stairs which are reaching from the bottom have to be adjusted on the aesthetics of the environment. The staircase production is always on measure and on demand.

 The cement stair balustrades can be made of different kinds of material as follows: wooden, stairs in stainless steel or a mix of both materials. They can also be set up on every kind of staircases as wooden, interior or exterior staircases. The old balustrades can be changed, therefore more clients ask for a substitution and a lasting set for the new balustrades.

Acrylic Staircases on the exhibition of Trento

The Company Interbau of Ora introduces always innovative ideas for its staircase production, because all the products are realised with a modern design. On the last exhibition of Trento, Interbau of Ora participated also introducing its new staircase design:  the Acrylic Staircase.

This staircase production is made out of transparent methacrylate Material and consists of a stainless steel supporting with suspension steps. The design reminds a mouth.  This staircase production as the spiral staircase is also realised on measure and on clients demand.

Interbau of Ora gives more importance to the personnel and different wishes of the clients. Therefore all the stairs, as the spiral staircase, stairs in stainless steel and balustrades are produced on detail and on demand.

Interbau on exhibition: "Ideas 1 for Interior Furniture"

In the 11^th Exhibition of Trento, promoted by Expo Ideas, Interbau of Ora participated on the exhibition for Innovation of the interior furniture called “Ideas 1 for Interior Furniture”. Here Interbau introduced its new staircase production.

This Exhibition represents always a meeting for the consumers interested in furnishing and the products introduced by the different companies. For this occasion Interbau introduced a new product for its clients: the new Sail-Staircase.

The Sail-Staircase is a particular staircase production realized by Interbau, which is a similar Design between the spiral-staircase and the Model 200 and 500 staircases. The sail staircase can be adjust to small boreholes and permits to save lots of space thanks to its particular and fine structure: 10 mm for the metal-model, 50 mm for its wooden-central pillar and 33mm for the glass-model.

The characteristic of this staircase is its particular form which reminds to a sail. We can see below the sail staircase in  polished stairs in stainless steel structure and Wengè steps.

Black Steel staircase

The Company Interbau realizes for its clients staircases, balustrades and stages on measure, which create a personnel and refined Design for the rooms. The last staircase production  is the Black Steel staircase.

The Black Steel treated with oil  staircase is fold to form some increases and steps. This staircase production is also made on measure and on clients demand. The measure is always considered because it has to be perfectly collocated. The stainless steel and satin finished balustrades are in contrast with the iron of the stairs and all together appears very modern and harmonious.

Interbau produces its stairs, balustrades and open galleries for interiors also on a 3D Design for its clients. The precise Design is the same as for the furniture and the interior décor.

Ecoline - wooden staircases

The new wooden staircase line called Ecoline is built for a home in harmony with recyclable and non-polluting materials.

The typical South Tyrolean quality is the characteristics of these wooden stairs according to the environmental guidelines of this region.

Spiral staircases

Interbau produces different kinds of  Spiral staircase, which are supported by a centre column in steel covered by wooden or stainless steel spacer. All the staircases are made to measure and chosen by the customer. The Treads can be produced in wood, glass or acrylic, for example: wooden treads and a stainless steel or wooden handrail, or treads of toughened glass or acrylic extra transparent glass.

The staircase production Model 78 is made out of thin treads of stainless steel or metal handled with paraffin, while other Models are made out of a special reconstructed stone.

 

Stairs in Stainless Steel- Model 500

This staircase production Model 500 of Interbau is different from the other stairs because of its aesthetics. Interbau uses a modern and refined technology and the stairs are made out of stairs in stainless steel or painted steel. As all the Interbau stairs also the Model 500 is made to measure and built in materials chosen by the client. For the balustrades it is possible to choose different kinds as well as glass panels. The stairs can be set up also outside.

Model 200

This staircase production Model 200 is generally supported by a central pillar in painted steel. The Model  200, as all the stairs produced by Interbau is tailor made on demand. Interbau doesn’t follow any standard rules for the staircase production.

The realization of a 3D for the staircase design helps the customers to understand all the details of the production and to have a preview of the stairs. As soon as the design is approved, the stair will be produced and it is possible to get it also for exteriors.

Balustrades

Interbau produces balustrades which can be assembled on already existing stairs and floors of every kind, inside as well as outside.

Different kinds of materials are used for the staircase production of these balustrades, for example: pillars and handrails can be made out of wood or high- grade steel, between the pillars there can be horizontal or vertical arbors or panels of glass or acrylic.

The staircase design and production phase is tailor made. Interbau follows the wishes of its customers, and makes a design on 3D which should help to understand all the details of the balustrades production. As soon as the design is approved, it will be sent in a set, which contains few materials very easy to set up.
